-Once submitted online, a copy of this Field Trip Request will be automatically sent via email to the HOS, the Principal, the Learning and Teaching Director, the Coordinator, the Operations, the Bus Service, the Nurse and the Front Office.
-The HOS and the Principal will then review the request and send you an "Approval" or "Request for additional information" by email.
-Once the Field Trip is approved via email by the HOS and the Principal, working on the Transportation part may begin.
-REMEMBER - Field Trips that require Bus transportation need to be requested at least 7-10 days in advance of your Field Trip date.
-Field Trip requests received less than 1 week before your intended field trip date may not be approved and transportation may not be able to be accommodated.
