The International Baccalaureate Organization confirms Wellspring as a "Candidate School" for the Primary Years Programme, beginning September 1, 2008!

Wellspring Learning Community is candidate school for the Primary Years Program. Our school is pursuing authorization as an IB World School. These are schools that share a common philosophy - a commitment to high quality, challenging, international education that Wellspring believes is important for our students.

Only schools authorized by the International Baccalaureate (IB) as an IB World School can offer any of its three academic programmes the IB Primary Years Programme, the IB Middle Years Programme, or the IB Diploma Programme. Candidate status gives no guarantee that authorization will be granted.
