Services
Website: www.wellspring.edu.lb provides up to date information about all aspects of the school, upcoming events, suggestions for learning activities, and important announcements. In addition, the website will be an important tool for communication among all members of our learning community.
Health: An onsite nurse provides immediate medical attention in case of injury or illness.
Counseling: An onsite counselor works in and outside of the classroom with students and teachers to promote emotional and mental well-being.
Special Needs: A Special Education liaison works with students and teachers while consulting the counselor to provide professional support in and outside of the classroom for students with special needs. A specialist team provides learning support for students with mild learning difficulties. Wellspring Learning Community does not currently have a separate program for children with severe learning disabilities.
IT Support: An IT liaison assists teachers with the use of technology in the classrooms and in the computer lab.
Mobile Math Lab: The Mobile Math Lab helps teachers engage students in hands-on and minds-on activities in the classroom using a variety of concrete materials and everyday objects to represent mathematical ideas, model real world situations, and develop conceptual understanding.
Professional Development: A Professional Development liaison provides classroom support for teachers and manages professional development plans and resources in order to meet the individual and collective needs of all faculty and staff.
